Student Poster Contest

I highly encourage each student to submit abstracts and prepare posters to present at the Mid-Atlantic Nutrition Conference on March 28, 2013. This year we will again have a graduate and undergraduate competition section and each student will have a published abstract in the proceedings. Posters will be evaluated by three industry judges (one from each area: dairy, equine and poultry). The student must be present on March 28th to answer questions during the morning break. This is the judging period where the posters will be evaluated for scientific merit, organization and presentation, and student knowledge of the project.

Posters must be from a current undergraduate or graduate student (as of March 2013 in one of the participating schools:
Univ. of Maryland, Penn State, Univ. of Penn, Univ. of Delaware, Virginia Tech, Rutgers, West Virginia Univ.
Any potential posters from non-participating schools or individuals other than students will be considered based on space availability and will be considered non-competition posters.
