Registration Information

Registration entitles each participant to attend all conference presentations on March 24 and 25, 2010 (unless otherwise noted), a printed and electronic copy of the proceedings, refreshment breaks, the reception, and lunch on March 25.

For those who wish to attend only on March 25, please note your choice on the registration form. Registration for March 25 only entitles the participant to attend all conference presentations on the 25th, a printed and electronic copy of the proceedings, refreshment breaks, and lunch on March 25, 2010.

Additional copies of the printed proceedings can be purchased at $15 each. Please see the registration form for information on ordering.

Registration recieved after March 15, 2010 will be considered late.
