Registration Information
Registration entitles each participant to attend all conference presentations on March 27 and 28, 2013 (unless otherwise noted), a printed and electronic copy of the proceedings, refreshment breaks, the reception, and lunch on March 28.
For those who wish to attend only on March 28, please note your choice on the registration form. Registration for March 28 entitles the participant to attend all conference presentations on the 28th, a printed and electronic copy of the proceedings, refreshment breaks, and lunch.
Additional copies of the printed proceedings can be purchased at $20 each. Please see the registration form for information on ordering.
